sd(3f) - [M_datapac:STATISTICS] compute the standard deviation of a
vector of observations
SUBROUTINE SD(X,N,Iwrite,Xsd)
sd(3f) computes the sample standard deviation (with denominator n-1)
of the data in the input vector x.
the sample standard deviation = sqrt((the sum of the squared deviations
about the sample mean)/(n-1)).
