subroutine vsetflush(yesno)

     logical yesno

DESCRIPTION

Set global flushing status. If yesno = 0 (.false.) then don’t do any flushing (except in swapbuffers(), or vflush()). If yesno = 1 (.true.) then do the flushing as described above.
