          o Calculates specific enthalpy and temperature

    REGION OF APPLICATION:
        Region 1 with P[max] = 1000 bars.
        See Section 4.6 for limits on S.

    CALLING SEQUENCE:
        H=HSSICL(P,S,T)

OPTIONS
