Function crvel67 will calculate the critical flow velocity and isentropic exponent of wet of super heated steam at pressure P amd enthalpy H.
DEFINITION AND PURPOSE: o VC,GAMMA=f(P,H) o Calculates critical velocity and isentropic exponents (GAMMA) of wet or superheated steam. GAMMA is defined such that PV**GAMMA = C.REGION OF APPLICATION:
