function crflo67(3f) will calculate the critical flow and degrees superheat of wet or superheated steam at pressure PRES and enthalpy ENTH. 

    DEFINITION AND PURPOSE:
       o FC,DEGS = f(P,H)
       o Calculates critical flow and degrees superheat of wet or
         superheated steam.

    CALLING SEQUENCE:
        FC=CRFLO(P,H,DEGS)
