DEFINITION AND PURPOSE:

Region 1 with P[max] = 500 bars , 7251.8869 psia. See Section 3.3.CALLING SEQUENCE: K = CONDL(P,T) (Note that this statement should not be used in FORTRAN, unless K is declared to be REAL.)
